2. Services Offered
Sweep Marketing Solutions provides digital marketing, web development, SEO, content creation, social media marketing, SEM, graphic design, and consulting services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Payments & Refunds

For web development services, clients must pay 50% in advance, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.

For all other services, clients must pay the full amount in advance.

We have a no-refund policy, except for lead generation services. If we fail to provide 10 qualified leads within 30 days, we will issue a refund. Only the service charge fee will be refunded.

Non-payment: Legal action will be taken after two payment reminders if the client fails to clear the outstanding balance.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Clients will own the final created content after full payment is received.

Until the final payment is made, Sweep Marketing Solutions retains ownership of all deliverables.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sweep Marketing Solutions is not liable for:

Service downtime, errors, or technical issues beyond our control.

Third-party failures affecting performance.

Indirect damages, loss of revenue, or client business disruptions.

Results affected by search engine algorithms or ad platform policy changes.
6. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services under the following conditions:

Non-Payment or Late Payment – Failure to clear dues after two reminders.

Breach of Contract – Violation of agreed terms.

Misuse of Services – Illegal or unethical use of our services.

Failure to Cooperate – Non-responsiveness, delays, or lack of required information.

Failure to Comply with Legal or Regulatory Requirements.

Non-Performance or Inability to Perform – External circumstances preventing service delivery.

Change in Ownership or Control – Business acquisition, sale, or restructuring.

Dissatisfaction with Service Delivery – If either party finds services ineffective.

Security or Privacy Concerns – Breach of confidentiality or cybersecurity threats.

Force Majeure – Unforeseen events like natural disasters, war, or strikes.

Discontinued Services – If a service is no longer offered.

Mutual Termination Agreement – When both parties agree to end the contract.
7. Data Retention & Transfer After Termination
Clients must retrieve any stored content or data within [7 days] after service termination. After this period, we may delete data and are not responsible for retention.
8. Confidentiality Clause
Sweep Marketing Solutions ensures strict confidentiality of all client business information, marketing strategies, and sensitive data. We do not disclose client data to third parties unless required by law or with written consent.
9. Indemnification Clause
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Sweep Marketing Solutions harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place under Indian law, with the courts of Delhi, India having exclusive jurisdiction.
